《Play 我呸》是歌坛天后蔡依林演唱的一首歌曲，作词：李格弟 作曲：倪子冈 编曲：陈星翰。呈现出一种充满中西合并玩味十足的前卫感！这也是蔡依林唱过许多舞曲之中，非常具实验性格的歌词，和以往的歌词非常不同，是相当大胆的尝试！现已收录在蔡依林2014年11月15日发行专辑《呸》中，并于10月27日至10月29日在HitFm全球独家首播！被网友称为2014年最新洗脑曲。

首波主打歌『Play 我呸』耗资800万，MV中Jolin挑战一人分饰四角，从80年代珍芳达式的韵律操老师到炫富上流千金及清新女文青，更不计形象演出为博版面而在红毯上不惜露点的心机女明星，再度完美诠释新专辑概念：『说穿了，人生就是一场Play』的精神！而外景拍摄现场更是戒备森严，担心新歌外流，户外拍摄更是罕见的使用演唱会专用的无线音乐接收耳机拍摄快歌，拍摄现场一片寂静，只见Jolin和舞者们疯狂起舞，Jolin看到侧拍忍不住笑自己：「好像乩童起乩！」
歌曲有请前卫艺术诗人李格弟合作，擅长以诗意的笔触描写人生的她，此次为Jolin跨刀，歌词描写了现代人在既荒谬又写实的人生百态中还是乐在其中的诙谐意境，也紧扣了这次专辑与『Play』的概念。金曲奖最佳MV导演陈奕仁，继两年前跟Jolin合作『大艺术家』MV大获好评后，这次依据『Play 我呸』要传达的概念，选择时下年轻人最爱的角色扮演电玩游戏，设定Jolin一人在MV中分饰四个角色：80年代韵律操老师 炫富上流千金 清新女文青及红毯心机女星，一共10组造型一次体验各种人生，同时在各个角色中游走「自呸」，把现代人生活中各种疯狂矛盾又自得其乐的状态以幽默手法呈现！
MV里Jolin扮起女文青，头戴贝蕾帽、身穿复古洋装跟男友到咖啡店约会，没想到竟遇到另一对文青情侣撞衫！Jolin不服输与对方大肆较劲，从比文青造型、比文青爱用的复古相机、比文青爱用的复古黑胶到最后比输对方，居然不甘心大打出手，Jolin首次飙现大姐头的狠劲，一片混战中使出九阴白骨爪，以食指跟中指直取对方双眼，同时不忘自拍，搞笑献出一场充满文艺气息的武打戏。
画面换到颁奖典礼的星光大道上，Jolin扮演心机超重的风骚女星，身穿华服享受镁光灯注目，突然一阵骚动，原来另一位搔首弄姿、超级爆乳的女星以碗公奶般的人间胸器，一下子就抢走了Jolin的锋头！不过Jolin也不是省油的灯，道高一尺魔高一丈的她，立即放手一搏、撕开风衣全裸上阵走上红毯，果然再度成为全场最吸睛的焦点，也抢占隔天所有媒体的头版版位。
除此之外，Jolin也扮起80年代最流行的珍芳达式的韵律操老师，顶著复古中分的波浪长发在教室内：「One More, Two More!」，和一群肌肉猛男及妖娇欲滴的变装皇后们，跳起超三八的复古韵律操，边踩著跑步机、边洒著五颜六色的粉末呼应时下流行的Color Run，在健身房里疯狂追求健美体态。为了拍摄这一幕，现场的彩色粉末喷到像起沙尘暴，而Jolin回家也花了两个小时才在浴室里把头发跟指甲缝里的彩粉全部清洗乾净。
Jolin另外也顶著一款向包租婆致敬的黄金发卷头，穿著性感的丝绸睡衣，和名媛姐妹们在家里开著炫富派对，满床的黄金跟满地的金钞，最后还躺在钻石浴中用香槟洗澡，成功诠释炫富的上流千金。而 Jolin 在演出『电话皇后』MV后便完全开启喜剧功力，也颠覆以往旁人对Jolin的印象，每个角色都诠释得活灵活现，Jolin 也笑说:「这次MV演得很过瘾，感觉每换上一套服装，就可以获得那个角色的能量!」，连陈奕仁导演也称赞Jolin这次的演出是：「精彩的美人呸！」因为MV设定透过四个有趣的角色来强调人生又荒谬又精彩的Play本质，Jolin各组造型都美美的诠释到位。
